Transformation and extension of a former beehive in Poschiavo (CH) into a private house, using local and natural materials.
The volume grows in vertical, following the compact logic of the alpine rural constructions, and it is covered with a new layer of straw which unifies old and new.
The every day life suggested by the plans looks for a renewed and honest relation with the alpine surrounding.
